I waked up at 12 o'clock and cooked some noodle. I forgot that I'm in my losing weight's plan. Great! I ate a big bowl of noodle. After meal I watched TV and I went to get some snack. When I almost opened to eat it, I just recognize that In in my plan, so I put it down and kept watching TV without any snack. Did I success that? I thinks it is. It's not a big deal but I got a little success to control my appetite. I'll keep going.
I have a little problem. First, when I feel down, I'd like to eat for make me feel better. Second, I always stay in front of computer all day, that give me a huge hip. Last, I don't like to do an exercise. I know, I've to change my habit, but how??
I try to figure it out. I like swimming but I'll go when I have a friend to go with. So I called my friend and asked her to go with me twice a week. I have a little shame to wear swimming suit. If I have a friend, I think I can hand of it. I plans to go to fitness center also. We'll see that how long that I can keep going.
